What are your postal charges and delivery times?
We have 3 flat rates which are the same no matter how many items you buy.  International deliveries are on request, as prices vary for destination, weight and size of the order.  Please note that these are the current Royal Mail prices.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day, so please add 1 day to the typical Royal Mail delivery times.  You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched (in addition to the order confirmation email). You can also check your order progress (and all previous orders) at any time by logging on to "Your Account".

* Please note that although they are nearly always met, Royal Mail do not gaurantee their delivery times for Recorded 1st Class.  If you require your order by a specific date, you should use the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery service. 

** European deliveries are subject to local delivery conditions, 1-3 working days is the time it will take the delivery to reach the destination country for onward delivery to the final address by the local postal service.

All orders are sent via recorded delivery so please make sure you are available to take delivery of your order as it will need to be signed for.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
In the unlikely event of not receiving your order within 5 working days please contact us.  Occasionally orders are returned to us if, for example, the delivery address is incorrect or the delivery attempt failed and the package was not collected.  If this happens we will contact you before arranging re-delivery.  If there is a further delivery failure your order will automatically be cancelled and you will be refunded, less the delivery charges, when the goods are returned to us by the Royal Mail.

Can I have a different delivery address to my payment information?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address during the checkout process.  If you are doing so you must provide a valid landline telephone number with your order.

Can you gift wrap items?
Yes, you will see this option during the checkout process.  Your order can be packaged in an attractive and high quality gift box with matching ribbon and you can add a personal message which will be enclosed in a card.  This service costs an additional £4.00 which will be added to your order total.  If the item is too large to be gift boxed or already comes in a presentation box, it will be wrapped in beautiful paper with a matching gift card.

Do you accept International Orders?
We accept International orders from certain countries.  Please contact us if you are ordering from outside Europe.

Payment
All payments are securely handled by WorldPay which is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.  We do not see or have any access to your credit / debit card details. You can find out more information about WorldPay and safe internet shopping from their website.

Cancellations and Returns
You should check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 days of delivery if the goods are defective. You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

In additon you have the right to cancel an order with 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund (excluding delivery and return postal charges). If you wish to cancel or return an order you must carry out the following procedure:

1.  Notify us of your intention to cancel or return an order with 7 days of delivery by email (enquiries@babybeesknees.co.uk), telephone (+44 (0)870 4788063 / +44 (0)1420 448105) or fax (+44 (0)870 9743271)
2.  Ensure all returned goods are adequately insured and obtain proof of postage (this will be at your own expense)
3.  Ensure the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in the original, unopened packaging (other than defective goods).
4.  Enclose the original delivery note, or the order number, your name, address and telephone number

All refunds will be applied to the credit/debit card used for payment.
